OUR HISTORY

The story of Windham Weaponry is a story of resilience and dedication to craftsmanship. When the original Bushmaster Firearms facility in Windham, Maine, closed its doors in 2011, founding Team made a bold decision that shaped the future of American firearm manufacturing. They brought back the original team, the same skilled people who had built some of the most respected rifles in the industry and started anew. That same year 2011, Windham Weaponry was born. The mission was simple: to preserve the skill, pride, and precision that shooters had trusted for decades, while continuing to push the boundaries of modern firearm design. Since then, Windham Weaponry has grown into a symbol of reliability and American craftsmanship. Our rifles and suppressors are built to the highest standards and trusted around the world by those who demand nothing less than excellence.
