Windham Weaponry offers a 30 day-day money back guarantee on all parts & accessories. Please be advised of the following policy.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which will be provided by our Customer Service team. They can be reached at 207-893-2223. Returns must be in new condition with the Invoice number and reason for return within 30 days of date of purchase.

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all returns over 30 days. If the return is due to our error – there will be no restocking fee.

All damaged packages should be reported to the shipping carrier for claims to be filed with them. Windham Weaponry recommends ensuring all packages being sent to us if the value is over $100.00.

Windham Weaponry will not accept any shipments COD. If sending in repair, please remove all accessories.
