This 16″ 7.62x39mm MPC Complete Upper Receiver / Barrel Assembly Kit includes the Lower Receiver Parts Kit, a complete Telestock Kit, a 30 Round 7.62×39 Magazine, and a Foam Lined, Hard Side Plastic Gun Case. This kit is intended for those who want to build a complete rifle from a stripped Lower Receiver they already own or order a Windham Lower receiver through your FFL dealer. The highly accurate 16″ M4 profile barrel is chrome lined and machined from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel – rifled 1 x 9.5″ Right Hand twist. An A2 Flash Suppressor and standard A2 Front Sight are
fitted. The machined aluminum flat top Upper Receiver is complete with 7.62x39mm Bolt Carrier Assembly, Charging Handle, Forward Assist, Ejection Port Cover and Removable A4 Carry Handle with 300 – 600 meter Dual Aperture Rear Sight.
Due to state regulations, we can not ship this kit with a 30 round magazine to California, District of Columbia, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Hawaii. Parts of Illinois and Indiana also have local restrictions. Magazines complying with regulations in those States will be substituted.
