This extended charging handle latch was developed to allow rapid operation of charging handle with the right or left hand, with gloves, in the wet, mud and snow or ice. Perfect on flat top AR-15/M16‘s which utilize a scope, this high quality unit replaces the standard charging handle latch and allows easy function of rifle with either hand. The Badger Latch is made from 8620 ordnance steel and parkerized with a Mil Spec finish.
