A1 Rear Sight Base Kit

The A1 Rear Sight Assembly adds that extra touch of authenticity to your retro build. It is designed to look and act the part of the original-style rear sight on your reproduction AR-15 / M16A1. While the modern AR offers various improvements there’s nothing wrong with having an appreciation for Eugene Stoner’s original design. The reproduction A1 Rear Sight Assembly features all-steel construction and non-reflective a matte black finish. It includes the aperture, windage drum, detent, detent spring, windage screw, and spring pin (1/16×1/4), so it is ready to install on your next build – or to give an existing rifle a different look.

The A1 rear sight features two apertures, one unmarked, for closer targets, and one marked “L” for long range.
